Mr. Gábor Lehoczki has over 20 years of experience in M&A and Corporate Finance. He started his career at Chi Fu Group as CAO at Chi Fu Hungarian Economic Opportunity Fund. Mr. Lehoczki started his career at KPMG Corporate Finance, being responsible for the CEE region. Afterwards he joined the PE/VC sector, working on restructuring and venture capital transactions. He served 12 years as Investment Director at the MFB Invest and Hiventures, the subsidiaries of the state-owned Hungarian Development Bank. Mr. Lehoczki holds an M.Sc. in Corporate Finance from University of Economic Sciences (later Corvinus) in Budapest. Gábor speaks English, Russian, Slovakian, and understand all Slavonic languages.

Mr. Endre Doszpod is a senior executive with more than 30 years of experience in venture capital, private equity and banking. He participated in the foundation and management of a number of investment funds and fund management companies. He served on the board of several portfolio companies. During his career he also worked in advisory, industrial strategy and startup management. He is founder and former board member of the Hungarian Venture Capital Association. Mr. Doszpod holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University of Cleveland.
